However, certain lengthy printed publications, by necessity, only appear in PDF format. If any PDF documents do not open when you click on them, it may be because you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer.

Adobe PDF documents are compatible with Microsoft® Windows® based screen readers. Alternatively, if you have a screen reader which cannot read Adobe PDF documents, you can use a tool to convert PDFs into HTML.
