Child Restraints
Children aged 3 years and younger or 40lbs or less must be in a child restraint.
Children 4&5 years old or 40-60lbs must be in a booster system so that an adult seatbelt fits properly.
6 to 15 year olds or children weighing 60lbs or more must be restrained but can use the adult seat belt. |
