Child Restraints
Children aged 4 years and younger or 40lbs or less must be in a child restraint which must be in the rear seat if the vehicle has a passenger airbag unless the restraint system is designed for use with airbags.
5 to 15 year olds must be restrained but the adult belt can be used. |

People aged 16 years and over must wear a seatbelt in front seat. |
