Child Restraints
Infants younger than 1 year must be in a rear-facing infant seat, in the rear seat if available.
Children aged 1 year through to 4 years or less than 40lbs must be in a child restraint.
Children aged 5 to 17 years must be restrained but the adult belt can be used.
