Child Restraints
Children less than 40lbs must be in a child safety seat.
Children 40-80lbs and less than 8 years must be in a booster seat so than an adult seatbelt fits properly.
Children 11 years and younger and less than 100lbs must be in a rear seat if available.
Children aged 8 to 17 years must be restrained but the adult seat belt can be used and for people under 18 years and more than 55 inches in height. |
